Central Otago Pinot Noir Cluster
In the case of the Central Otago Pinot Noir Cluster:
- Very small wineries (over 50% produce less than 1000 cases per year);
- But, operate at the "super premium" end of the market;
- Cluster is fun, friendly and operates with a lot of trust;
- Delegate responsibility to board members; and
- Focused on very specific markets - so can say no occasionally.
- Very important to have strategic direction
